1. Company Information

Travel consultation services are provided by an Estonia-registered business operating under the brand name Travel with Tom.

All services are delivered online. No physical services are provided in the Philippines or any other country.

2. Nature of the Service

Travel with Tom provides independent travel planning consultation services.

The service includes:

  • One (1) 60-minute online consultation session

  • Up to three (3) follow-up clarification emails

The service provides guidance and recommendations only.

Travel with Tom:

  • Is not a licensed Philippine tour operator

  • Is not a travel agency

  • Does not book or arrange flights, hotels, tours, or transport

  • Does not act as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers

All travel bookings and decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Travel conditions, regulations, transportation schedules, accommodation standards, and local circumstances may change at any time.

Advice provided is based on personal experience and publicly available information at the time of consultation.

Travel with Tom does not guarantee:

  • Availability of flights, hotels, or tours

  • Travel conditions

  • Visa approvals

  • Safety outcomes

  • Weather conditions

Clients are responsible for verifying official information with relevant authorities and securing appropriate travel insurance.

4. Client Responsibility

The client agrees that:

  • All travel decisions are made independently

  • All bookings are made directly by the client

  • The client assumes full responsibility for travel arrangements

  • The client will obtain appropriate travel insurance

Travel with Tom shall not be liable for losses, damages, delays, cancellations, injuries, or travel disruptions arising from travel decisions made by the client.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • All prices are listed in EUR and USD unless otherwise stated.

The consultation is confirmed only after successful payment.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by the Cancellation Policy (see below).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Travel with Tom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of consultation services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the consultation session.

8. Intellectual Property

All written materials, guidance, frameworks, and content shared during consultation remain the intellectual property of Travel with Tom.

Content may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or published without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a consultation, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session:
    → Full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session:
    → Non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule once free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be guaranteed.

No-Show Policy

If the client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice:

  • The session is considered completed.

  • No refund will be issued.

Technical Issues

If technical issues occur on the provider’s side:

  • The session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

If technical issues occur on the client’s side:

  • Reasonable effort will be made to continue the session.

If the session cannot proceed, rescheduling may be offered at discretion.
